I love everything about this dress, and the Goldie's experience. I felt like a million dollars, without having to spend a fortune or fork out my money for something I might only wear once. The whole process of hiring is so much more enjoyable, and sustainable, than buying into the fast-fashion industry. This was the first dress I tried on during my appointment and it was absolutely perfect.

My event was cancelled I paid for the rental and cancelled two days later, with another month to go before I was meant to pick up the dress. I requested a refund given the circumstances there was plenty of time to re-rent the dress. I found management to be condescending and not nice to deal with at all. I was sent a gift voucher for myself or family and friends to use. I'm so disappointed with this experience. If this business re-rents the dress they are essentially being paid twice! I will purchase rather than hire any day.
