Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped at least 4 days prior to your event date to ensure it arrives in time unless communicated with the customer.

At Goldie's sole discretion delivery of the Apparel shall be deemed too have taken place when the Apparel is delivered to the User’s nominated delivery address and the User (or a third party nominated by the User) has signed the delivery receipt.

Orders must be placed 5 business days in advance to ensure the order arrives by the first day of your hire period. Customers who hire within 5 business days take on the risk their order may not arrive in time and Goldie's cannot be held liable. This is also reflected at check out and customers must tick they understand prior to checking out.

Our shipping is a flat fee of $29.95AUD. This fee includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us (in a pre-paid satchel). The delivery fee only applies to full bookings.

Goldie's only delivery method is Express Delivery Service, operated by Australia Post (see Australia Post's Terms and Conditions). If the User’s location is outside of the Express Post network, it will take more than the expected timeframe suggested on business day and Goldie's has no control over this.
